The Spokane County Public Defender office protects the rights, liberties, and dignity of all persons in the County unable to afford legal counsel by providing the finest legal representation, and maintain the integrity and fairness of the justice system.
Counsel for Defense
Some cases originally assigned to this office may be re-assigned to a completely separate Public Defender office, Counsel for Defense (CFD). That office is located on the 4th floor of the main courthouse annex. The phone number there is 509-477-4900.
