In addition, Spokane County provides funding to the Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) Outreach Team, for the purposes of engaging with currently unsheltered individuals and providing resources and/or transportation to appropriate spaces. Residents of Spokane Valley should refer to the Spokane Valley Housing & Homelessness Program which also receives dedicated funding with the intent of connecting unhoused individuals to applicable resources. While the City of Spokane Valley does not operate emergency shelter or warming spaces within its jurisdiction, it deploys a mobile outreach team that is able to assist valley residents in need of housing resources.
