Admin Action Plan

The Admin Action Plan is the County's Administrative Action Plan for the CDBG-DR award. This document requests HUD funding in the amount of no more than 5% of the overall grant award to be used for Administrative Planning Costs prior to any certification.

Summary of Changes V1 - V1.1

Spokane County was appropriated $44 million of Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in response to the Oregon and Gray Road Wildfire disasters to facilitate long-term recovery. The Action Plan linked above is the County’s first step in the process of identifying the unmet needs in the communities impacted by the disaster and best allocation of resources in order to unlock those funds.

The public was invited to attend a Public Hearing in person or virtually to provide comments and feedback at 4 PM on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at 1026 W. Broadway Ave, Spokane, WA 99260.
