ACTION: This project is subject to a joint local-state public hearing (Spokane County Planning and WA State Dept of Ecology) to be held by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). Prior to final action by the BoCC, the proposal will be reviewed by WA State Dept of Ecology (DOE) in accordance with WAC 173-26-110. Participation in the public hearing is encouraged.
